Introduction

Our scope of capabilities includes residence and background checking, business checking, employment checking court case checking, Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) registration checking, mayor's permit and business permit, tax declaration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), annotation of land titles, Land Transportation Office (LTO) registration, and Alien Certificate of Naturalization issued by the Bureau of Immigration.

On-Site Verification

Field check which requires ocular inspection of the subject’s actual residential address, neighborhood and/or business premises, and others.

  1. Collections
    The debt recovery process of reimbursing unpaid and past due credit loans from the consumer in debt, on behalf of the lender.

  2. Residence and Neighborhood Verification
    Used to establish permanency of residence, the standard of living, and the subject’s reputation in the neighborhood. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CHARACTER, CONDITION, and CAPITAL and, to some extent, his/her COLLATERAL.

  3. Academic Verification
    Validation of declared highest educational attainment.

  4. Business Verification
    Used to establish the prospective borrower’s sources of income, his/her primary source of repayment--if it is stable and profitable. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CAPACITY and CONDITION.

  5. Property and Assets Validation
    Used to establish the prospective borrower’s assets and/or source of income, his /her primary source of repayment--if it is stable and profitable. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CAPITAL, CAPACITY and CONDITION.

  6. Court Case Verification
    Actual verification of court cases filed and to determine case status. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CHARACTER.

  7. Title Annotation and Property Encumbrance
    Verification is done to determine if a property is subject to pending court litigation or adverse claim involving ownership or possession.

  8. Title Traceback
    The process of determining the original source or ownership of a property.

  9. Chattel Mortgage
    Filing and Cancellation to/from the designated Registry of Deeds on behalf of the servicing client.

  10. Car History
    Verification is done to determine if a motor vehicle is subject to pending court litigation or adverse claim involving ownership or possession.

Off-Site Verification

Checking and verification are conducted via telephone and other communication channels like social media and the internet.

  1. Pre-Employment Background Screening
    This is to determine the prospective borrower's source of income if it is sufficient and stable. This report tells the bank about the borrower's capacity and character.

    • Criminal and credit record (local and abroad) verification.
    • Licensure Verification - authenticates candidate’s licenses.
    • Residential Verification - conduct a visit on residence to check tenure in the area and character of the applicant.
    • Identity Verification - based on valid government-issued identification.
    • Academic Verification - authentication of submitted educational documents with respective institution or schools. Verifying the highest attained education of the candidates.
    • Professional Verification - checking of employments based on the submitted resume and employment history.

  2. Trade Verification
    Used to establish the prospective borrower’s credit standing and volume of business with his/her trade suppliers. This report tells the bank about the applicant’s CAPACITY, CONDITION, CHARACTER and CAPITAL. Provides service needed by the bank for all their registry requirements.

  3. Credit Investigation
    Used to establish the prospective borrower’s credit standing or credit rating with other banks and financial institution. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CAPACITY, CONDITION, CHARACTER and CAPITAL.

  4. Criminal Case Verification
    Actual verification of court cases filed and to determine case status. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CHARACTER.

  5. Employment Verification
    Used to establish the prospective borrower’s source of income. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s FINANCIAL CAPACITY and CHARACTER.

  6. Bank Verification
    Used to determine prospective borrower’s finances and the handling of his/her bank accounts and, if possible, to establish how much money he actually has. This report tells the bank about the prospective borrower’s CAPACITY, CONDITION, CAPITAL & CHARACTER.
